This waiting list is opened on June 27, 2024, and will close on July 12, 2024.
Casa Nova, Golden Hinde, Venetia Oaks, Kruger Pines, and Homestead Terrace are on senior/disabled public housing waiting lists.
Waiting list for Senior and Disabled Public Housing
Currently, Marin Housing Authority (MHA) is accepting Senior and Disabled Public Housing rental housing assistance waiting list applications for Studio Apartments at Casa Nova, Golden Hinde, Venetia Oaks, Kruger Pines, and Homestead Terrace.
However, this is the first time the Marin Housing Authority has opened the waitlist since it closed in May 2023.
In 2024, the Marin Housing Authority waitlist begins June 27, 2024, at 10:00 am and ends July 11, 2024, at 11:59 pm PT.

To qualify for the Public Housing Senior/Disabled (AMP2) Properties Waitlist, you must meet the maximum income limits for each household size as follows:

MHA gives preference points based on the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) of June 2023. Applicants must review the ACOP for a complete description of the requirements to obtain that reference point.

For this waiting list, selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the application time is received, weighed by order of preference.
Marin Housing Authority Waiting List Application Process
There are two ways to apply for Marin Housing Authority Applicaiton for Senior and Disabled Public Housing waitlist – Online and in person at the MHA office.
Online Application: Visit the official website at http://apply.marinhousing.org and complete the online waiting list application form with all required information.
 In-Person: Applicants need to download the Marin Housing Authority Application form, fill out the required information and Submit it at the MHA office:
- 429 Drake Ave, Marin City (Monday through Thursday from 10am to 4pm and Friday from 10am to 3pm)
- 4020 Civic Center Drive, San Rafael (Monday through Thursday from 10am to 4pm).
