SCPHA has begun accepting online applications for the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) and the Public Housing Waiting List. You can apply now.
The online application for both programs will be available 24 hours per day. The applicant can apply for or submit a public housing online application from the official website of SCPHA at http://www.waitlistcheck.com/LA3233.
Preferences:
Public housing is a federally funded program that funds decent, safe, and sanitary housing for low-income people. Applicants need to complete all income and eligibility conditions of the US Department of Housing (UDH) and Urban Development (HUD).
Income Limit:
HUD requires all HCV participants to meet income requirements for participation in the program. Income limitations are recent and subject to change by HUD.
