Prichard Housing Authority Waiting List is open for for Alabama Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program. This is the first time that waiting lists are open after closing in May 2020. Any interested applicant can apply for pre-applications section 8 soon.
The PHA Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications are being accepted from April 8, 2024, at 9:00 am, until April 12, 2024, at 11:59 pm CT.

Acceptance Rate: Only 2500 pre-applications will be accepted into the waiting list through a random lottery system.
Apply for Prichard Housing Authority Waiting List Section 8
To apply for the Prichard Housing Authority Waiting List section 8 housing choice voucher, you need to create your account on the PHA portal at portals.prichardhousing.com. After that, login to your account and fill out the PHA waiting list application form online. Must ensure that Paper applications will not be distributed or accepted.

If you have already applied and want to check your Prichard Housing Authority section 8 status on the waiting list, you need to log in to your account as Applicant. and you can check your waiting list status online in my account section.
