Metro West Housing Solutions Housing Choice Voucher Waitlist
Due to the high demand for HCV, the MWHS has a waiting list. MWHS periodically opens its HCV Lottery waiting list for new registrants.
MWHS will post Lottery waiting list open dates on its website, social media, and regional publications. Metro West Housing Solutions releases the HCV waiting list once a year, usually for 2–5 days. When the Lottery is open, you must register as a pre-applicant during the open period to be included in the waiting list.
Priorities have not yet been confirmed. however, you can apply. The maximum income limits for per household size are as follows:
- 1 Person: $43,450
- 2 Persons: $49,650
- 3 Persons: $55,850
- 4 Persons: $62,050
- 5 Persons: $67,050
- 6 people, $72,000
According to the website, selected applicants will be placed on a waiting list by random lottery in order of preference.
