The Housing Authority of Maricopa County (HAMC) has released a waiting list for the HAMC Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher in Maricopa County, Arizona. but now it is closed.
Lottery selection:
Maricopa County, Arizona Section 8 HCV Wait List Applications received during the open and close dates will be randomly selected after the wait list close date.
Only 4,000 randomly selected waiting list applications will be added to the HAMC HCV Waitlist.
However, when the HAMC lottery is convened, all applications in the lottery pool have an equal opportunity of being selected. During the pre-application process, the date and time of the application and any “local preferences” for which you may ultimately be eligible do not help or hurt your chances of being selected in the lottery.

Step 2: Click on the Applicant Login option from the menu.
Step 3: If you are a first-time user, click on Register Now and log in to your account using your username and password.
Step 4: Select the “Waiting Lists” and apply.
Step 5: Fill out the required details and SUBMIT.
