The Colorado Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) provides rental and utility assistance to eligible households who are facing eviction due to financial hardship due to COVID-19. Colorado Emergency Assistance can cover past due, current, and up to two additional months of expected rent costs, with the possibility of further assistance if funds are available.

- The application process will be provided to you by the Care Center team after verifying your Forcible Entry and Detainer.
